Town Of Leamington ("we," "our," or "the Town") is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to leamingtontown.gov. This Privacy Notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the rights you have regarding your personal data. This notice is provided in accordance with the Utah Government Data Privacy Act (GDPA), including Section 402.5.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. If you have reason to believe your data has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

9. Children's information

This website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete that information.

This website may contain links to other websites operated by Millard County, the State of Utah, federal agencies, or other third parties. This Privacy Notice does not apply to those websites. We encourage you to read the privacy notice of any site you visit.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
